avoVPN provides a utility for connecting to a VPN.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. This Agreement and its annexes are official documents of the avoVPN.

1.2. The user, using the avoVPN app, agrees to all the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. avoVPN app has the right to change this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site.

2. Data collection

2.1. The avoVPN app does not collect Personal Data and does not keep logs of avoVPN app use. More detailed information is contained in Privacy Policy.

2.2. The avoVPN app does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted data, since it cannot control the User’s actions on the Internet.

3. Limitation and Liability

3.1. The avoVPN app is provided to the User “as is”, without any guarantees from the Administration.

3.2. The avoVPN app is not responsible for any losses that the User may experience in connection with the use or inability to use the avoVPN app.

3.3. The avoVPN app is not responsible for violations by the User of current national, international or local legislation.

3.4. The User bears full responsibility for his actions related to the use of the avoVPN app, including violation of the rights of third parties.

3.5. The avoVPN app is not responsible for loss, theft or loss of access to the avoVPN app if this was not due to its fault.

3.6. The User undertakes to use the avoVPN app in accordance with current legislation, moral and ethical standards and generally accepted rules of conduct on the Internet.

3.8. The User undertakes not to use the avoVPN app:

* to commit illegal activities, including the distribution of viruses and malware, the creation of botnets and phishing sites, the dissemination of false information and spam.

* to carry out attacks on network security and malicious actions aimed at disruption of the avoVPN app and other Users, including port scanning, password guessing.

* for actions that are fraudulent and are carried out with the aim of obtaining other people's funds fraudulently, including violations of copyright and other rights.

* for illegal representation for another individual or legal entity, and calls for illegal actions aimed at other people or organizations.
